We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and professional Operations Manager,with a strong background in multi-site, seasonal environments,to oversee all aspects of the running of three very busy park-based caf restaurants delivering a relaxed yet professional dining experience,ensuring the business is run efficiently and that sales targets are met.
As Operations Manager, you will have a hands-on role in all three park cafes, your responsibilities will include;
Overseeing senior management teams across all sites and ensuring consistent culture and values
The postholder will be involved in, and often lead, a range of duties including food ordering, preparation, service, food storage, administration and associated domestic duties that contributes to a well-run, large-scale catering operation.
As a Cook Supervisor you will contribute to the provision of a professional, customer led and responsive catering service.
You will draw upon your knowledge and experience to ensure all duties are carried out in compliance with current service and operational related standards, regulations and legislation.
