The team provides social work / social care support to children, young people and their families.
Giving parent/ carers a break from the caring duties is an integral part of the support offered to families.
The children / young people we work with have profound disabilities which significantly impact on their ability to independently engage in services akin to their nondisabled peers.

It is important that you understand your role within the company as a Therapeutic Project Worker and spend as much time as possible learning about and understanding your role within the company.
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated live-in carer to provide support and assistance to a gentleman who lives alone.
The role involves assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, accompanying to medical appointments and engaging in social activities.
The gentleman enjoys good conversation and looks forward to his weekly pub lunch and take away fish and chips each Friday.
