As the Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall management and scheduling of client rotas and will participate in the on-call rota.
With outstanding planning and organisational skills, you will ensure care resources are used efficiently, using excellent communication skills throughout all call planning and delivery.
You will have a positive attitude and lots of energy, using innovation in your problemsolving.
This includes providing support, care, and activities to customers, involving family, carers, and other agencies to meet their changing needs.
As Care and Support Team Leader, your role will be to provide a responsive, respectful, reliable, and resourceful care and support service to vulnerable older people within an extra care service.
You will also be supervising care staff through observation and discussion to competently undertake care and support activities in a dignified and compassionate manner.
To be responsible for the wellbeing of service users, giving adequate support to maximise their dignity, independence, privacy and choice of how they spend their day and to treat all clients, equally and with respect irrespective of gender, race ethnicity or age
Full time: 35/hrs a week
Job Purpose
To work as part of a team providing a high quality day care services for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour which enables service users to live with a maximum of choice and independence, participating in a wide range of community based activities, designed to meet their individual need.

Ewe are currently looking for Lunch Time Care Worker to work in a SEND School based in Harrow, between the hours of 11.45-1.45pm (2 hours per day).
You will be responsible for overseeing the pupil's lunchtime meals and activities.
