As a Residential Team Leader at a Barchester care home, you'll help to make our residents' lives stimulating and fulfilling so that we can deliver the person-centred care and support they deserve.
Always focusing on respecting our residents' independence, privacy, dignity and choice, you'll lead and supervise our Carers and Senior Carers with the support of a Registered Nurse or Care Practitioner.
We'll rely on you to make sure individual care plans are followed to the letter so that we can achieve the highest standards.
