Finance Administration (75-80%)
We are looking for an efficient Finance and Payroll Administrator to join our team who will be responsible to undertake the production of detailed and complex financial reporting and contribute effectively as part of a team ensuring the smooth day to day running of the department.
Assist in the co-ordination and running of the Finance Department by preparing financial reports as required, managing communications and dealing with queries promptly and accurately and providing general administration assistance for the department.
Reporting to the Management Accountant and under the supervision of the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the Accounts Payable function, supplier management, monthly reconciliations, and providing general support to the wider finance team.
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fast paced finance team on a temporary basis for a period of 3 months.
Responsibilities
Supplier Management: Maintain all aspects of the supplier management process, including setting up and maintaining supplier accounts, processing requested suppliers, completing credit checks, resolving supplier queries, and managing the Supplier Management mailing inbox.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the to support their financial management and ensure accurate, timely processing of Company payroll, incoming invoices and outgoing payments.
Our client is looking for an experienced Finance and Payroll Administrator to join their Finance Team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in accounts, experience of payroll systems and intermediate Microsoft Office Skills.
