Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
To oversee all the Pension and Lifetime Savings Association's accounting and treasury operations.
To provide decision supportive insight to management and the Board, strong financial control, high quality forecasting, all financial reporting and ensure the Pension and Lifetime Savings Association complies with all accounting standards and legislation.
Reporting to Assistant Group Treasurer, the individual will be required to be involved in a varied range of activities covering all aspects of treasury management, including daily cash liquidity, forecasting, debt, and FX risk management, all under a SOX control umbrella as a result of Nomads NYSE listing.
General
As part of the wider Business transformation project (and treasury transformation within it), the Nomad Treasury team is implementing a new TMS S/4 Hana.
This role will be required to ensure stability of operation during that period, whilst also being expected to be part of the change in ways of working / TMS development.
The Financial Controller will be responsible for production of the monthly management accounts, maintenance of internal financial compliance and controls and overseeing the finance department staff in their day-to-day operations.
The Financial Controller should be a Qualified accountant with a ACCA, CIMA or equivilant qualification.
The Finacial Controller will act as a business partner to the other functions within the organisation, including sales, IT, technical, quality and production, taking a proactive and commercially minded approach to supporting the strategic sales growth initiatives of the business and ultimately the profitable development of the company
The role involves reconciling client bank accounts in accordance with ARMA guidelines, processing daily receipts and payments, and maintaining compliance with all ARMA requirements.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the Client Account Director in ensuring the smooth operation of the department, providing a high level of service to clients.
