My client is looking for an experience Legal Administrator who will be a key support for a team of Court solicitors handling Family/Criminal and Debt recovery cases.
We are seeking an individual with substantial experience in this field to manage various administrative tasks, including producing and revising legal documents, drafting initial writs, records, defence statements, legal aid applications, court submissions, and legal correspondence.
Responsibilities also include communicating with external parties such as crown offices, Scottish courts, and legal aid boards, organising diary schedules, coordinating client and court appointments, building strong client relationships, audio and copy typing through digital dictation, and completing general office administrative duties.

This great hybrid role is for a Case Administrator (medical industry) based in Newcastle on the Quorum Business Park
You will need to have experience of inbound and outbound calls and have a fantastic telephone manner and communication skills
There will also be occasions when you are required to work alternative hours i.e., 10.30am to 7pm - this is done on a rota basis and is usually once a week, depending on staffing, but never a Friday.
