Sales Administrator

We are looking for a creative, organised and well-rounded individual with a background in design to join our sales support team at our head office/showroom in Wandsworth, South West London.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:

Order processing

  • manage orders from clients' initial purchase, through to final delivery
  • process all retail and trade account orders received using our sales management system
  • issue order confirmations to customers
  • be the point of contact for all order related enquiries and deliver efficient communication with customers throughout
  • raise and issue invoices
  • liaise with our logistics partners to obtain shipping quotes for retail and trade orders and book in deliveries
  • manage stock allocations and be the point of contact for stock related queries with the warehouse

Showroom support

  • visual merchandising and creating/implementing display concepts in-line with marketing schedules
  • uphold showroom standards, ensuring products are correctly labelled and well presented
  • manage database, and any other ad hoc duties
  • key-holder responsibilities

Key skills

  • you like to take ownership of your accountabilities and collaborate with a committed team with an organised and systematic approach
  • good working knowledge of Adobe CS (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator) and Excel
  • creative thinker
  • excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • experience within the furniture industry will be a distinct advantage
