The Role
The main purpose of this role is to provide energy advice to householders by telephone and email.
General
The Centre for Sustainable Energy (CSE) is a Bristol-based national charity that supports people and organisations across the UK to tackle the climate emergency and end the suffering caused by cold homes.
We do this by sharing our knowledge, practical experience and policy insights.
Your primary focus will be on handling incoming calls, resolving queries, providing updates, and booking appointments.
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's Contact Centre team in Bristol.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring all jobs are processed and booked efficiently.

You will predominantly be reaching out to a list of both warm and cold leads to carry out fact-finding exercises and book appointments for Sales Executives.
Training will be provided and once completed the role can be carried out on a hybrid basis- 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
