Key Accountabilities
Answering emails for both internal and external personnel.
To co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.

In this role, you will play a vital part in providing administrative support to the clinical teams, ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation.
As a Patient Administrator, your key responsibilities will include
Providing a comprehensive administrative service to the clinical teams, including dictation, producing documentation such as discharge summaries and operation notes, and maintaining a high standard of documentation.
Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent who has a great telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers is required for an established call centre that has built its reputation by providing specialised, and compassionate engagement services to clients.
If you have previous experience working in a call centre, then great.

Produce the daily staffing profile for the current day.
Maintain and own within the master rota; shift rotations, changes of hours, overnight shift cover, ad hoc shift changes, new starter information, lunch time cover projection.
