The Recruitment Co are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator / Order Processor, for our market leading distribution client based in Eccles.
The purpose of a Customer Services Administrator is to support the day to day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service.
Key Accountabilities:
Answering emails for both internal and external personnel.
Problem solving for client, customer and Internal departments.
Meeting customer and client expectations.
Resolving customer and client queries.
Order processing preferably on SAP
Maintain a high level of customer/ client focus.
Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner.
ATP control for Order releasing.
Ensure the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders.
Other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
Attention to detail/ accuracy.
Good geographical knowledge.
Order Processing experience
Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
SAP experience would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Conscientious and reliable with adaptable attitude
The salary for this role is £26,000 per annum
The hours of work will start off as Monday to Friday on a weekly rota, 07:00 - 15:00 or 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00 ( This will vary through Training )
Once fully trained ( Approximately 2 months ) there is some weekend work expected on a Saturday 07:30 - 09:30 and Sun 07:30 - 08:30 - This can be done remotely and you are not expected to come into the office - This will only be once in every 4 weeks, and these hours are paid at time and a half.
