I am currently recruiting for an Customer Support Administrator to join my client in Paisley, where you will work within a Housing association, on an ongoing temporary contract.
This will be office based and there is parking available on-site.
You will be based in the office working Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 5pm and a Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm, working a 37.5 hour week.

Our busy Billing Team is looking for a Billing Administrator to join a central finance resource supporting partners in dealing with pre/post-billing related administrative activities.
Liaising with other finance teams to ensure the accurate and timely drafting and preparation of bills.This role is based in either our Glasgow or Edinburgh office and will require some travel in-between offices.
About the role
You'll be monitoring Partner & client portfolio of bills issued and ensure bills are dispatched within the firms policy timeframe.
As a Service Co-Ordinator you will provide full and varied support by responding to customer support calls and liaising with your team of regionally based technicians to complete onsite service works.
In addition you will support sales order processing and customer reporting activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (9.00-17.30, Monday to Friday)
