After an initial probationary period this role could move onto a hybrid basis.
You will work Monday to Friday with a rotational Saturday, with midweek shifts falling between 9am - 7pm.

Position Overview
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, managing a variety of tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent who has experience of delivering exceptional customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and who is able to act with diplomacy and tact is required to join a well-established company based in Ealing, West London.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

To provide a helpful, professional & efficient contact handling experience to all customers contacting the Customer Service Centre; across all contact channels, using the appropriate telephony system and social care case management system.
The shifts are Monday Friday 5:30pm 11:30pm and Sat/Sun 8am 11:30pm.
