Duties
Assisting with completion of daily documentation.
Deliver quality facility service through timely and accurate processing for billing.
Our client is seeking a Service Coordinator to perform a variety of tasks to ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times, supporting the delivery of business objectives.
Where failings are made, escalate to line manager within 24 hours and take responsibility for all assigned client enquiries.
You will ensure all KPI's are met for assigned clients.
A Customer Coordinator is required for an employer based in St Albans.
A starting salary of 28-29k is on offer for the Customer Coordinator with up to 3.6k on top in overtime bonus.

As a Service Coordinator you will have to diagnose problems and handle complaints whilst handling high volumes of calls.
This is very different to the average Service Coordinator role; you will be handling incoming calls and taking information, asking questions to ensure high quality of information is obtained, liaising with internal and external contacts, and providing important input into the outcome of each and every call.
