Our international client requires an experienced Customer Relations Specialist to join their team for a minimum period of 6 months
The role is responsible for managing and resolving difficult customer situations once escalated from the Level 2 team.
Key skills are showing empathy and understanding of the customer situation, and identifying solutions that maintain the customer's confidence in the brand whilst balancing the commercials.

We are recruiting for an exciting contract position for Honda Financial services who are seeking a meticulous and exceptionally well organised Application Support Coordinator for 6 months .
You will be providing first line support and assisting with any production questions and issues.
You will be required to liaise with the IT team to bring these to a satisfactory resolution.
To proactively provide comprehensive, confidential and robust administrative support across the practice team to ensure timely and appropriate interventions with children and their families.
To serve as the first point of contact and provide appropriate support and advice to the children and their families supported by the multi-disciplinary practice teams.
DURATION/HOURS: 3 months (possible extension)/ 17.5 hours a week
