Voice Telecoms Specialist

. You'll install, maintain, and administer telephone systems, providing support to end-users via face-to-face, phone, and email.

Office attendance: 5 days per week

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cisco IP Telephony: Desk phone installation, administration, and support.
  • Cisco Video Conferencing: Managing and supporting meeting room equipment.
  • Trading Voice Turrets: Installing and using dealer boards.
  • SIP Services: Managing SIP service providers and trunks.
  • Voice Recording: Supporting Nice NTR call recording integrity and playback.
  • Mobile Device Management: Configuring BlackBerry Work and Workspace One.
  • Device Management: Configure, install, and manage desk phones, Jabber, mobile phones, and trading turrets.
  • User Support: Provide support for Cisco CUCM, BlackBerry Work, and NTR voice recording.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate hands-on experience with Cisco voice systems and Nice Recording.
  • Service Consistency: Support 500 desk phones, 700 Jabber users, 600 mobiles, and 100 trading turrets.
  • Communication: Interact with users, colleagues, and various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Documentation: Compile reports and maintain records of system end-points.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in supporting and managing Cisco voice CUCM, BlackBerry Work, and NTR voice recording.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Experience in an ITIL service management environment is desirable.
  • Service Now: Ability to manage day-to-day tickets using Service Now.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Appearance: Professional and smart appearance.
  • Language: French is useful but not essential.
  • Availability: Good attendance and willingness to work on major incidents and projects outside regular hours.
