Are you a HR professional who has experience with Workday?

Our client, a well-established Construction organisation is seeking an HR Coordinator on a temporary bases to join their dynamic team. �?

In this role, you will provide timely, accurate, and effective administrative support to the HR team and our client's base. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating support for key projects and developing initiatives as part of the wider HR team. ??

Location: Aldgate station

Pay rate: £15.38 - £16.83 p/h (£32,000 - £35,000 per annum equivalent)

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Duration: 2-3 month temp contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise employment offers accurately and promptly, addressing any inconsistencies.
  • Process acceptance documentation, including tracking, communication, and data input.
  • Maintain a compliant HR filing system, following GDPR guidelines. ??
  • Monitor and assist HR Advisors with HR inductions.
  • Confirm successful completion of employee probationary periods via letter.
  • Process leavers, send out notifications, and update records accordingly.
  • Keep the HR database up to date, setting up new accounts as needed.
  • Responsible for running mail merges and other relevant administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with internal recruitment, checking and processing invoices.
  • Ensure accurate logging of absences, receipt of fit notes or self-certificates, and assist with running reports.
  • Process reference requests for mortgage, tenancy, and visa applications.
  • Monitor work permit spreadsheet and highlight expiring permits to the appropriate team members.
  • Take minutes at formal meetings when required.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager. ??

Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage payroll schedules, ensuring consistency and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Monitor the HRSS inbox to meet service level expectations.
  • Support HR Administrators with queries and processes.
  • Train new team members.
  • Review and assess improvements to HRSS processes and documents.
  • Collaborate with other HR Coordinators to ensure consistency across the organisation.
  • Contribute to additional tasks and projects as required by the line manager. �?
