Within this role you will be responsible for achieving and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Block Plant and Metals production operations to provide quality, on time and in full orders to our customers, whilst achieving excellence in safety.
The role will include accountability for all matters that contribute to the business' effective operation and Health & Safety, including management of production and materials, developing a committed workforce, talent and succession management, operational efficiency with a quality focus and instilling a Zero Harm culture.
The Production Manager is responsible for managing the day to day running of the Block Plant and Metals production within the company, in line with business needs.
You will develop, test, implement, document, and maintain software within agreed timescales.
In this role, you'll verify that unit or system testing meets approved standards and provide essential support to our operations site, resolving issues promptly.

What's in it for you?Your starting salary will be £27,300 pa. increasing to £28,350 after 12 months and increasing again to £32,288 when you reach 3 years' service.
