My well known client based in Watford is looking for a German Customer Service Representative with an additional European language excellent communication skills with both oral & written fluency, in English and at least one of the following languages, is a requirement:
Job Summary
To be responsible for the whole order management process, from placing the orders until the goods have arrived at the customer side.
This requires liaising and working closely with other departments of the organisation.
You are solutions focused, looking for ways to proactively improve ways of working that will improve the experience for our people and our customers.
You enjoy working as part of a collaborative and close-knit team.
You would be perfect for us if you speak, and write, English, French and German confidently (German is essential), have a real 'Can Do' attitude and an ability to work comfortably with ambiguity.
Our Client has been established for over 150 years, and is passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers).
These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff within their Member Services team by 35 - 50 each year - just to deal with the sheer volume of orders coming in.
Please note, this is based on a slight shift rota - so you could start between 9 - 10 in the morning, and finish between 5 - 6 in the evening, plus you will be required to work at least one Saturday per month (with a day off in the week).
