Job Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

- Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming experience to all customers. Uphold a culture of service excellence in all interactions with customers.

Administrative Support:

- Assist with various general administrative tasks as needed.

Customer Communication:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiry emails.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and queries via chat messages.

First Impression:

- Create a positive and lasting first impression with every customer.

Effective Customer Interaction:

- Listen attentively and use effective questioning techniques to meet customer needs.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay informed about current offers, promotions, and product availability to assist customers effectively.

Complaint Handling:

  • Ensure swift and efficient resolution of incoming complaints, follow-ups, and inquiries.
  • Direct issues to the appropriate department or personnel as needed.
