Job Responsibilities:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

- Assist with various general administrative tasks as needed.
Customer Communication:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiry emails.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and queries via chat messages.

- Create a positive and lasting first impression with every customer.
Effective Customer Interaction:
- Listen attentively and use effective questioning techniques to meet customer needs.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about current offers, promotions, and product availability to assist customers effectively.
Complaint Handling:
- Ensure swift and efficient resolution of incoming complaints, follow-ups, and inquiries.
- Direct issues to the appropriate department or personnel as needed.
