Temporary Customer Service Assistant - £12 p/h Manchester City Centre
We are currently seeking a temporary Reception & Customer Service Assistant to serve as the initial point of contact for residents at this luxury student accommodation.
Working in a growing, friendly and supportive team, we are looking for motivated individuals with previous phone-based customer service experience for an on-going temporary assignment offering hybrid working after initial training.
Once signed off, the role offers 3 days working from home as an option.
Support customers through the process of their claim providing guidance and relevant information to support them and help them understand what is needed for prompt and accurate resolutions
Provide professional but empathetic service through the claims process via multiple channels including, phone and email - Able to anticipate the customer need and action to ensure process is managed in its entirety
Ensure a solid understanding of the procedure to be able to give customers accurate and consistent information

We are seeking candidates in the Bolton or Bury who have worked in a Medical or GP practice environment and have experience working on the systems EMIS, SystmOne or Docman to support various surgeries with temporary support on reception and administration
