I'm currently recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to join a well-established client in BS1 on a full-time, hybrid, temporary basis (with the possibility for extension).
The hours are 9am-5pm, with flexibility.
The role is to start in the next couple of weeks, with an hourly rate of £13.22.
Thorne and Wait are currently seeking a customer service administrator to work for their client in South Oxfordshire, this is ongoing temp basis, working days monday to friday 08.30 - 5.00pm, pay £13.00 per hour.
Duties include answering phones, filing, loading orders onto database software, dealing with emails.
You will also be expected to answer incoming calls from customers who want book appointment and additional services with some outbound calling, respond to customer queries, troubleshoot customer service problems, and provide general information supporting customers with their visa and citizenship applications.
You will be working with a 3rd party government operation in the heart of Belfast, offering different services to assist customers with there applications.
Your role will be a hybrid position consisting of face-to-face service, supporting customers with their visa and citizenship applications.
As a Customer Service Administrator reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent communication exists between the business and their customers along with resolving and responding to customer queries received.
You will proactively build and develop relationships with existing clients.

The successful individual will need to be a friendly and confident communicator, whilst also being highly organised and methodical enabling them to deal with all associated administrative tasks.
