Customer Service Administrator Temp - Immediate Start
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM OR 10.30AM – 6.30PM
Occasional Weekend work once trained, one Saturday a month with time and a half pay.
Pay £12 an hour.

Our key client based in Crawley are seeking a temporary Customer Services Administrator ongoing , this is an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule patient appointments from incoming referrals.
- Speak to customers on the phone regarding their bookings.
- Upload documents onto the system
- Handle referral letters through phone, post, or email with effectiveness.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Accurately document appointment information on IT systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with GDPR
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and telephone skills.
- Administration skills
- Proficiency in IT
- Strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
