My client is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee the efficient running of our customer service operation.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that every customer interaction exceeds expectations and contributes to the company's growth by improving the customer journey.
Day to Day of the role
Oversee the workflow of all customer enquiries across various channels, ensuring quick resolution in line with company standards.
Our Esher based client requires a Customer Service Executive to join their team.
The Customer Service Executive will deliver the best service possible to the assigned customer portfolio at every stage of the order, as well as supporting the Sales team according to Company procedures, being aware of the relevance of this area for commercial success.
Salary up to £25,000, hybrid working, 25 days holiday, Christmas closure & generous health cash plan.
