An established maintenance company are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
40 hours p/w: Mon - Fri plus every other Saturday (9am - 1pm WFH) paid at time and a half
The Customer Service Administrator role involves providing administrative support to all internal departments alongside creating invoices, sending out correspondence and updating job notes.
To be responsible holding and securing premises keys for purpose of the opening and closing of centres; ensuring that effective locking up and opening procedures are followed and provide access to internal areas as appropriate i.e.
Under the guidance of the Premises Team Leader and/or Premises and Facilities Manager to provide a safe environment for staff, service users and visitors; ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation.
To ensure Adult Learning Lewisham and designated community premises are secure, clean, warm.
