An established maintenance company are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The Customer Service Administrator role involves providing administrative support to all internal departments alongside creating invoices, sending out correspondence and updating job notes.
- Salary: £24,000 plus bonus (£26,000 OTE)
- 40 hours p/w: Mon - Fri plus every other Saturday (9am - 1pm WFH) paid at time and a half

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls regarding queries and meeting daily call targets
- Liaising with customers in regard to updates and re-scheduling of appointments
- Monitoring the in-house inbox and effectively dealing with queries from customers and Head Office
- Distributing daily work schedules utilising the CRM to engineers
- Updating job notes with relevant customer and engineer comments
- Creating and sending out quotations
- Ensuring payments are taken for completed works
- Following up on visits to ascertain if further work is recommended
- Sending correspondence to customers to increase positive reviews
- Establishing strong working relationships with engineers and dealing with any queries
- Providing an excellent level of customer service, ensuring all requests are dealt with in a timely manner
