Customer service Team Leader Bradford HYBRID (2 office days) Up to £33,000 Elevation Recruitment Group, business support division are proud to be working with a large and well-known organisation in Bradford to recruit for a Customer Service Team Leader. This role will play a pivotal part within the business to ensure the best service is provided to both UK and overseas commercial customers. Your team will be responsible for managing all customer service interactions, ensuring resolution, and delivering an exceptional experience You and your team will oversee administrative tasks within the purchase to pay function of the business You will provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer service You will act as the point of escalation for customer complaints to ensure swift resolution You will take ownership of administrative processes and drive efficiency and effectiveness Tackle operational issues, optimising resources and demonstrating the value of shared services Leveraging your expertise in products and supply chain processes, you'll mentor your team to deliver high quality service and drive operational efficiencies Proactively identifying inefficiencies, you'll lead continuous improvement initiatives Fostering a culture of service excellence, you'll inspire your teams to prioritise customer satisfaction Providing insightful management information, you'll pinpoint trends and anomalies requiring attention Requirements for the role: Proven track record in management roles within customer-facing environments Demonstrated ability in investigating complaints and resolving issues effectively Comprehensive understanding of customer operations, supply chain processes, and product knowledge Proficiency in generating insightful management reports Strong verbal, written, and numerical communication skills
We have a new opening for a Order Processor to work in our current growing team you will be working in a busy environment and will be a very important member of the team Duties will Include: Processing sales orders Relationships building with current & new customers and suppliers Be confident in making outbound calls to existing customers To accurately maintain all customer files on the computer system Quoting customers General admin duties as required.
