Our client is an established manufacturing organisation, looking for a for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their team based on the outskirts of Leeds.

The role will be varied but duties will include:
- Supporting the external Sales Team to ensure customers receive world-class customer service.
- Acting as the point of contact between customers and other internal departments in person and by telephone and email.
- Attending internal, external and Teams meetings as required.
- Taking briefs from colleagues and clients.
- Requesting and obtaining price information.
- Identifying cost or process improvement opportunities.
- Negotiating and proactively managing any potential account issues.
- Processing and raising orders to include progress-chasing.
- Reviewing the daily schedule and monitoring jobs throughout the production cycle, maintaining knowledge of every job and its status and keeping clients updated of progress.
- General administrative support.
About you:
- Work well under pressure, with proven efficiency and the ability to work to production deadlines.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with the ability to adapt to a diverse range of needs and capabilities.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Can perform multiple tasks efficiently.
- Have a positive attitude to achieving deadlines within demanding time frames.
- Be willing to undertake training and development when required.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and communications skills.
- Must have a proven track record in a similar role, ideally gained within the printing industry.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, working 8am to 5pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm or 7.30am - 4.30pm with one-hour unpaid lunch break.
