Workflow Management: Oversee the process from order to invoice, ensuring shipment deadlines are met. Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse to coordinate dispatch and return of orders. Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks and support process improvements as needed. Requirements: Experience: 1-3 years in B2B and B2C customer service. Communication Skills: Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Troubleshooting: Excellent troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities.
