Role: Customer Service Specialist Location: Office-Based, Leamington Spa - Monday to Friday 9.30 - 5.30
Salary: £26,000
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will exceed customers' expectations by providing the highest level of service efficiently, politely, and professionally. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Communication: Provide timely and accurate support to all customers via phone and email, ensuring responses within 24 hours.
- Problem Resolution: Clarify customer needs and complaints, offering the best solutions and following up to ensure full resolution.
- Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with logistics, the credit department, and the sales team to achieve optimal solutions.
- Complaint Handling: Resolve complaints in line with company policies and procedures.
- Order Management: Process orders, exchanges, and cancellations while providing accurate information on order status and product knowledge.
- Data Entry: Maintain precise order notes within ERP and CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Assist the department in achieving its KPIs by working effectively as a team.
- Workflow Management: Oversee the process from order to invoice, ensuring shipment deadlines are met.
- Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse to coordinate dispatch and return of orders.
- Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks and support process improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in B2B and B2C customer service.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Troubleshooting: Excellent troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive Attitude: A team player with enthusiasm, accuracy, and a commercial orientation.
- Professional Etiquette: Friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with customers, team members, and other departments.
