We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our fabulous client's team, providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering top-notch customer support.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Specialist:
- Communicate effectively with existing customers via phone, email, and chat in both
- Build on the customer relationship in order to retain their business

  • Updating company CRM with changes in customer details - Sending out samples and marketing materials
  • Utilise upselling techniques to promote additional products or services- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Skills for Customer Service Specialist:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Proficient in data entry to maintain accurate customer records
- Previous customer service skills to make a positive impact on our customers' experience.
