Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for supporting the commercial team with product quotes and manufacture lead times, coordinating, and processing all incoming orders, and supporting with all external logistical requirements.
Our client, a world leader in their field, are seeking a customer service assistant to join their team on a fixed term basis, however there is a strong possibility that this may be made a permanent position at the end of the year.
The role is offered predominantly on a remote basis, with the requirement to come into the office approx 2/3 times per month, and the understanding that you are required to come in as the business needs for meetings, events and such like.

This is a 12 month maternity cover, part time, working hours 6pm - 9pm 15 hours per week
