This is a 12 month maternity cover, part time, working hours 6pm - 9pm 15 hours per week
Salary £9,360 per annum, 25 days holiday per annum rising to 27 after 5 years' service, (pro rata) contributory pension scheme, private health care, life assurance, modern office facilities, subsidised canteen, free parking onsite.
Working for a well-established medical company your role will be to support the Customer Services team by processing patient orders with efficiency and care, generating letters to be sent to GP Surgeries and cleansing the customer database.
There will be an element of inbound/outbound calling to existing patients. You will also be expected to carry out general administration duties associated with your role on a daily basis.
Duties:
- Process patient orders with efficiency and care
- Generate surgery letters
- Support Patient Services team with routine admin tasks
- Occasional outbound calling to existing patients
- Cover for other team members if required
- Cleanse data base regularly
- Perform any other tasks reasonably requested by the company as required
- Work to targets set by the Team Leader
