Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator who can respond to and process all claim requests through the provision and collation of timely and accurate information and the completion of all relevant transactions.

You will ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements and industry standards on a day-to-day basis.
As a concierge you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests and external contractors at the Development and will be the first and main point of contact for all queries.
We have a part time day concierge opportunity for a residential development located in Slough, 4 hours per day Monday to Friday.
Your key day-to-day duties will involve operation of the Concierge Desk, reporting to head office management and monitoring on-site security.
