Job: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Slough

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000

Our client is looking for an Administrator who will be the contact for the company business partners. You will assist with processing new business through an online system and provide operational support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process proposals including entering customer personal details
  • Monitoring updates on the status of proposals & updating the online portal system
  • Work closely with departments to progress proposals and chase missing documents
  • Provide email and telephone support
  • General administration
  • Adhere to company regulations and requirements

Key Skills:

  • Previous customer service experience would be beneficial
  • PC literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills - both email & telephone manner
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • The ability to manage multiple work streams & prioritise accordingly
  • Capable of working under pressure at times
