We're searching for a Customer Service and Senior Administrator to provide administrative support with their team to our senior-level team and support our nationwide projects.
In this role, it will be crucial for you to effectively manage customer service support, log and update our third-party fire door system, support the survey team in reporting, logging and updating systems.
You will be responsible for professionally interacting with multi stakeholders within and outside of the company, comfortably communicating with customers, managers, and colleagues, and flawlessly handling confidential and critical details.
Our client is a building service provider who offers insurance repairs and complete restoration and maintenance services, they are looking for an experienced Administrator.
We can offer a full or part time role and flexible working hours.
The Role
To assist with the day-to-day administration, scheduling works repairs, progamming, materials orders, accounting and provide support to the management and field delivery team.
Your primary focus is to support the sales team in managing day to day customer requests, processing sales orders, managing customer samples and follow up, and general administration.
