Customer Service and PMO Admin Supervisor

We're searching for a Customer Service and Senior Administrator to provide administrative support with their team to our senior-level team and support our nationwide projects. You will be responsible for professionally interacting with multi stakeholders within and outside of the company, comfortably communicating with customers, managers, and colleagues, and flawlessly handling confidential and critical details.

In this role, it will be crucial for you to effectively manage customer service support, log and update our third-party fire door system, support the survey team in reporting, logging and updating systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a customer service function, along with excellent administration skills and potentially construction or building experience. They should be well organised and be comfortable managing a team and regularly reporting to the management team .

Job Duties:

  • Supervise and oversee the customer service and PMO admin teams
  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of customer service operations
  • Maintain and improve quality systems and processes
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Analyse data and generate reports to monitor performance
  • Provide training and support to team members
  • Manage customer records and information

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Skilled in customer service or project management office administration
  • Supervisory skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Customer service expertise
  • Understanding of contact centre methodology
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in data input and customer record maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Educated to GCSE level C or above in Maths and English
  • NVQ related to customer service
