Responsibilities
Respond to emails received in the Service Inbox from external and internal customers (SLA 24 hours) giving customers a great customer service.
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service provided at all time.
Days / hours: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm office based (possibility of hybrid working after successful probation)
Your role will be key in maintaining high levels of satisfaction by managing maintenance requests, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and handling resident communication.
