We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service provided at all time. Your role will be key in maintaining high levels of satisfaction by managing maintenance requests, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and handling resident communication.
Salary: £26k- £28k plus bonus
Location: Crawley
Days / hours: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm office based (possibility of hybrid working after successful probation)
Customer Service Administrator duties:
- Exceed customer's expectations by delivering exceptional service and addressing all telephone and email inquiries promptly
- Schedule and manage all incoming maintenance issues, assigning tasks to on-site teams
- Organise and oversee apartment check-in/check-out reports, scheduling resident move-ins and move-outs efficiently.
- General administrative tasks
The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have:
- Experience working in property management/ property sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Computer literate
