This position sits on in their customer service team, with the purpose of the role being to handle inbound customer enquiries and handling insurance mid term adjustments for Public and Private Hire insurance clients.
The role requires dealing with clients over the phone and via e-mail to ensure service targets are maximised, through the provision of efficient communication & negotiation skills.
