NEW POSITION - We are recruiting for a bright, confident and polite customer services clerk to join our specialist company based near Hatton Gardens - London. You must have a good checkable work / education history. Duties will include: Dealing with customer via telephone and email Arranging deliveries and collections Making bookings with airlines and hauliers Invoicing customers Processing import / export shipping charges Updating customers on deliveries & collections. You must have strong written & verbal English skills, have the ability to prioritise workload and willingness to learn the role inside and out! Working hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm and this is OFFICE BASED EVERY DAY.
