NEW POSITION - We are recruiting for a bright, confident and polite customer services clerk to join our specialist company based near Hatton Gardens - London.
You must have a good checkable work / education history. #
Duties will include:
- Dealing with customer via telephone and email
- Arranging deliveries and collections
- Making bookings with airlines and hauliers
- Invoicing customers
- Processing import / export shipping charges
- Updating customers on deliveries & collections.
You must have strong written & verbal English skills, have the ability to prioritise workload and willingness to learn the role inside and out!
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm and this is OFFICE BASED EVERY DAY. (NOT HYBRID OR WORKING FROM HOME) PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU LIVE NEAR HATTON GARDENS AND HAPPY TO COMMUTE EVERY DAY.
