I am working with a client based on the outskirts of Exeter who is looking for a Service Advisor on an ongoing temp basis.
You will be responsible for checking customers in- meet and greet, communicating with the workshop, and keeping customers updated on the progress of the vehicle, as well as being responsible for basic admin roles (answering the phone, filing).
This may potentially be a temp to perm opportunity, but this will be dependent on individual performance and company provision once in the role.
We're hiring for a Customer Service Advisor to join a team of 9, in Bristol.
Ideally, they need somebody that has good experience within telephone-based customer service, is an excellent problem solver and enjoys speaking to new people.
On offer is a basic salary up to £28,000 per annum, no shifts or weekend work, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm only and free onsite parking.
