I am working with a client based on the outskirts of Exeter who is looking for a Service Advisor on an ongoing temp basis. This may potentially be a temp to perm opportunity, but this will be dependent on individual performance and company provision once in the role.
You will be responsible for checking customers in- meet and greet, communicating with the workshop, and keeping customers updated on the progress of the vehicle, as well as being responsible for basic admin roles (answering the phone, filing).
Tasked with ensuring customer's satisfaction and following up their visits with courtesy calls.
This is a full time role and is 100% office based. Hours of work are 8.00am until 17.00pm. Candidates with previous customer service experience are desired but this is not essential.
