Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Crediton

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm / Friday 8am-2pm

Salary: Starting at £26,472 per annum

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the frontline liaison between a high-tech circuit board company and its customers. You will provide exceptional support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to circuit board products and services.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • You'll manage all aspects of assigned customer accounts, including data, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Skills:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
