Salary: £11.44 p/h and overtime available Must be able to do up to 2 weeks training in Leeds then HOME WORKING and office based only on an ad hoc Working Hours: Full time hours available 39 hours per week Mon - Friday. Full 1 to 2 weeks training office based 08.30-16.30 in LS27 then hybrid working Location: Leeds, LS27 Duties will include: Dealing with customer queries via webchat Responding to customer emails Building a strong customer rapport General office administration duties as and when required Who we're looking for: The ideal candidate will be someone who can offer good customer service skills and previous experience within a customer service environment would be a benefit but not essential.
