Elevation Recruitment are currently working on behalf a leading online retail group who have an exciting opportunity to join their office in Wetherby as a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Temporary Customer Servicer Advisor:
- First point of contact for customers.
- Providing excellent customer service and exemplary product knowledge.
- Dealing with a wide variety of customers with varying needs, from investigating a delivery query with a courier through to assisting with a technical query about a product.
- Working closely with and supporting your team.
Requirements of the Temporary Customer Service Advisor:
- Experience working in a customer service environment.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Positive, adaptable and deeply motivated when it comes to customer service.
- Experience working on a CRM system is preferred.
