Customer Service Administrator
Temporary - ongoing contract £23 - 26k - DOE LS1 - Leeds Centre
Join our Client, a successful manufacturing business in Leeds! As the business continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service candidate to contribute to their success.
The role will be based in the office in Leeds Centre but will offer a hybrid option once the training is completed.
Main duties as a Customer Service Administrator will include:
- Processing customer orders on the CRM system
- Updating customer documents
- Tracking deliveries and logging them efficiently on a booking in system
- Speaking with customers daily to update
- Checking pricing for products and updating new costings on quotes
- Dealing with any complaints and queries
The role with be starting ASAP.
