The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service whilst offering support to the external/internal teams and processing quotes and orders accurately.
This role focuses on providing customer a exceptional service to encourage repeat custom and overall satisfaction.
The organisation is a large-scale, global entity, employing over 5000 people across 70 different countries.
Our client is a worldwide leader in industrial fluid system manufacturing and support, and they are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering support to the external and internal sales teams and processing quotes/orders timely and accurately.
You will act as the first pint of contact for customers, identifying and understanding the needs of the customer in order to provide the most appropriate solution whilst ensuring that the customer receives the highest level of service.
Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent who has a great telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers is required for an established call centre that has built its reputation by providing specialised, and compassionate engagement services to clients.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team based in the Knowsley area (employees are agile working and therefore permitted to work from their home address or a location that suits their needs and those of the business.
You will be working on a full time basis, 40 hours over 5 days, with some evenings and weekends.
You will need to be in a reasonable commutable distance for training and meetings).
