Customer Service Eldercare - Permanent

The Recruitment Co are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Warrington.
The Role is for a Customer Service Advisor, working with a company that specialises in dedicated call support to vulnerable and older people.

Job Duties Include:

Speaking to Customers over the phone (Outbound and Inbound)

Confirming Customer's Safety

Helping report repairs for Customers

Speaking to Housing Officers and other Family Members

Skills Required:

A Clear and Friendly Telephone Manner

Excellent Computer Skills

Keen Attention to Detail

A Strong Desire to Reassure and Help.

We have both Full Time and Part Time positions available for this role to suit individuals needs.

The shifts will be confirmed upon interview/telephone consultation with our Consultant but will be a mixture of shifts on a set rota basis.

The Salary for this role is £11.56 per hour which equates to £18,815 per annum based on a average 31.3 hour working week

Shift Examples:
Week 1 Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday 8.30-5.30
Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday Sunday 8.30-5.30
Week 3 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8.30-5.30
Week 4 Monday , Tuesday , Saturday , Sunday 1pm until 10.15pm

(An evening shift will be required once every 4 weeks working 1pm until 10.15pm)
